WORLD HEADLINES – Risk-Off assets including Treasuries and gold dropped with European core debt, while U.S. equity futures rose and the Stocks Europe 600 Index edged lower as traders assessed the military action’s aftermath.

STOCKS – The earnings season begins in earnest on Friday with reports from JPMorgan Chase & Co, Citigroup Inc. and Wells Fargo & Co.

BONDS – The yield on 10-year Treasuries increased three basis points to 2.85 percent, the highest in almost four weeks.

COMMODITIES – Crude oil futures fell towards $66 a barrel amid concern that production will rise further, and after there was no immediate reprisal to the missile attack.

CURRENCIES – The US dollar nudged down after futures data showed hedge funds are the most bearish on the greenback in five years.

ECONOMIC DATA – US Retail Sales m/m and  Empire State Manufacturing Index due at 8:30,  FOMC Member Bostic Speaks at 13:15,   Monetary Policy Meeting Minutes at 21:30, CNY  GDP q/y at 22:00 ET.
